無人チェックイン方法

• 郵便ポスト(駐車場の「もふもふ庵」看板に取付)を開ける。
• 郵便ポスト内にある予約した部屋番号が記されたのキーボックスを開錠する。(暗証番号は事前に通知)
• キーボックス内から鍵(出入口鍵及び部屋鍵の2つ)のみ取出した後、キーボックスを再施錠する。
• 出入口鍵及び部屋鍵にて開錠する。

How to check in unmanned

① Open the mailbox (attached to the “Mofumofuan” sign in the parking lot).

② Unlock the key box with your reserved room number inside the mailbox. (You will be notified of the PIN code in advance)

③ After removing only the keys (the entrance key and the room key) from inside the key box, relock the key box.

•  Unlock with the entrance key and the room key.

無人チェックアウト方法

• チェックアウト時に部屋及び出入口を施錠する。
• 「鍵回収ボックス」(出入口の外側直近に取付)に鍵(出入口鍵及び部屋鍵の2つ)を投入する。(外出時は「鍵回収ボックス」)に入れることなく、お客さま自身がお持ちください)

The futon fee is the same for adults and children. It is free for infants, people who sleep in the same bed as others, or people who bring their own sleeping bags, and who do not need a futon (young elementary school children who sleep in the same bed as others and do not need a futon are free).

There is no fee for your pet cat.

The more people there are and the longer the period, the more reasonable it is.

(On the other hand, using the facility for other periods with a small number of people is expensive and not recommended.)

As a general rule, staff will not clean the facility (including common areas) or change sheets during your stay. Guests are asked to clean and wash their own clothes as necessary. If you would like your sheets changed, there is an additional fee. (3,000 yen/group)
