「もふもふ庵」の最大の魅力 その１〜「ねこファースト」
ロビーには壁一面にキャットウォーク(タワー)を完備するほか、愛猫の脱走防止策の設置や各種の猫グッズ(ケージ、トイレ、フードボールなど)を取り揃えています。(注1)
ニャンコちゃんの宿泊料金は頂いておりません。
The charm of “Mofumofuan” Part 1 – “Cats First”
The lobby is equipped with a catwalk (tower) covering one wall, and we have measures to prevent your beloved cat from escaping and a variety of cat goods (cages, litter boxes, food bowls, etc.) available. (Note 1)
We do not charge accommodation fees for kitties.

「もふもふ庵」の魅力 その2〜「快適なBBQハウス」
敷地内の屋外には、お客さまの好みの食材を用意するだけで、BBQを楽しむことができるBBQハウス(主に冬期使用が最適)及びガゼボ：東屋(主に夏期使用が最適)を2ヶ所設置しており、どちらも回数制限がなく無料で利用できます。
屋根付きですので天気に左右されることなく、快適にBBQができます。
BBQハウス及びガゼボに設置している機材(BBQコンロ、テーブル、カセットガスコンロ、ガストーチなど)も無料でご使用いただけます。
さらに、BBQハウス(主に冬期使用が最適)は、冬でも快適に過ごせるように、灯油(薪)ストーブなども無料でご使用いただけます。消耗品は有料(注２)
ただし、同宿の他のお客様とご利用が競合する場合は、場所をシェアされるか時間を区切るなどのご配慮をお願い致します。必要に応じて宿側でも予約調整いたします。
スタッフ(社長、副社長共に)は常駐しておらず、かつ、「ネコの手」レベルの作業能力なため戦力になりません。したがって、BBQの機材準備、食材準備、及び片付けは、お客さまにてお願い致します。
車ですぐのところに「お魚広場」、スーパー、ホームセンターなどがあるので、追加の買い出しの際も便利です。
また、収容人数は各施設約10名(計、約20名)(立食の場合は倍以上の人数での利用が可能)で、多人数で利用できるのも魅力です。
(注2)：とらきち、ちゃとら共に多忙なため、もふもふ庵に常駐しているとは限りません。

The charm of “Mofumofuan” Part 2 – “Comfortable BBQ House”
There are two outdoor BBQ houses (best for winter use) and gazebos (best for summer use) where you can enjoy BBQ just by bringing your favorite ingredients. Both can be used for free with no limit on the number of times.
They are covered so you can enjoy BBQ comfortably regardless of the weather.
The equipment installed in the BBQ house and gazebo (BBQ stove, table, portable gas stove, gas torch, etc.) can also be used for free.
In addition, in the BBQ house (best for winter use), you can use kerosene (wood) stoves for free so that you can spend a comfortable time even in winter. Consumables are charged (Note 2)
However, if you are competing with other guests staying at the same inn, please consider sharing the place or dividing the time. If necessary, the inn will adjust the reservation.
There are no staff (both the president and vice president) on-site, and their work capacity is at a “cat’s paw” level, so they are not a valuable asset. Therefore, customers are responsible for preparing the BBQ equipment, preparing the ingredients, and cleaning up.
There are “Osakana Hiroba,” supermarkets, home improvement stores, etc. just a short drive away, so it is convenient for additional shopping.
In addition, each facility can accommodate about 10 people (total of about 20 people) (more than double the number can be accommodated for standing receptions), so it is also attractive that it can be used by a large number of people.
「もふもふ庵」の魅力 その3〜「安心安全なバリヤフリーとセキュリティ」
平屋、広い廊下、広い部屋への間口、トイレも車椅子対応です。廊下やお風呂には手すりがついているので、宿内の移動に不安のあるかたや小さなお子様連れの方にも安心のバリヤフリー設備を有しております。
また、屋内外の共用場所には複数台の監視カメラを設置しており、24時間リアルタイム録画監視(必要に応じ警告)し、施設内全域において安全なセキュリティシステムを有しております。さらに、緊急時などにおいては、インターホン付の監視カメラによりスタッフと通話することも可能です。
The appeal of “Mofumofu An” Part 3 – “Safe and secure barrier-free and security”
The single-story building, wide corridors, entrances to the spacious rooms, and toilets are wheelchair accessible. The corridors and bathrooms are equipped with handrails, so the facility is barrier-free for those who are worried about moving around the facility or those with small children.
In addition, multiple surveillance cameras are installed in common areas both indoors and outdoors, and real-time recording and monitoring is performed 24 hours a day (warning when necessary), providing a secure security system throughout the facility. Furthermore, in emergencies, you can talk to staff through the surveillance cameras equipped with intercoms.
「もふもふ庵」の魅力 その4〜「多人数、長期利用がリーズナブル」
多人数や長期間であればあるほどにリーズナブル(反対に少人数で短期間使用は割高ですのでお勧めしません)
例：8人で7泊＝約3.900円／1人1泊あたり(10畳和洋室使用)
The charm of “Mofumofuan” Part 4 – “Reasonable for large groups and long-term use”
The more people and the longer the stay, the more reasonable it is (on the other hand, short-term use by a small number of people is expensive and not recommended)
Example: 8 people for 7 nights = about 3,900 yen per person per night (using a 10-tatami Japanese-Western style room)
「もふもふ庵」の魅力 その5〜「スタッフ非常駐、プライベート空間(デメリット)」
スタッフが常駐するとは限りませんので、プライベート時空間を保つことができます。ただし、デメリットとして、スタッフによるご滞在中の施設内(共用場所を含む)の掃除及びシーツ交換等は基本的に行いません。必要に応じ、お客さま自身による掃除及び洗濯等をお願い致します。(注4)
また、宿による食事の提供サービスはございません。(素泊りのみ)
The charm of “Mofumofuan” Part 5 – “Staff not always present, private space (disadvantages)”
Since staff are not necessarily always present, you can maintain your private space. However, the disadvantage is that the staff will not generally clean the facility (including common areas) or change sheets during your stay. If necessary, please clean and do your own laundry. (Note 4)
In addition, the inn does not provide meals. (Room only)
